California’s grand reopening day is here! And what a better way to continue to take care of your patrons by letting them know cocktails can still be taken to go.

On June 3rd, 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the emergency order to allow alcoholic beverages to be taken to-go, has been extended through the end of the year.

Monday Moves - Illinois Makes To-Go Cocktails Legal Until 2024

Governor J.B. Pritzker signed a law on June 2nd, 2021 that will allow restaurants and bars to continue to sell to-go cocktails. This is a three-year extension to the measure adopted last year during the COVID-19 pandemic.   
 
Cocktails and mixed drinks are much more lucrative to businesses than packaged beers or wines.  Many people feel a mixed drink is not something they can make at home and enjoy purchasing the beverages while eating out.  Being able to sell these...

Shot-of-a-Lifetime has arrived in Washington

Washington’s Governor, Jay Inslee, is the latest to announce an incentive program for those vaccinated against COVID-19.   Stating that this will be the most important lottery Washingtonians can be a part of.


While the state is planning to give out $2 million dollars in cash prizes, millions more has been allotted for Universities, airlines, sports teams and other companies to give out as part of the Shot of a Lifetime program.

Ohio gets things rolling with Vax-a-Million Program

Ohio gets things rolling with Vax-a-Million Program

 Ohio’s governor Mike DeWine was the first to announce their Vax-a-million program as an incentive to getting residents vaccinated against COVID-19.    $1 million dollars will be given out once a week for 5 weeks via a television address.   Anyone over the age of 18 who has received their vaccine is eligible to enter.

 

Abbigail Bugenske, 21, was the first to win $1 million dollars.
