Wireless Solutions Sued for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation



A woman who worked for a Wireless Solutions store in San Antonio; is suing her employer after she was fired for complaining about being sexually harassed by the store’s manager.

 

The wireless specialty retailer, owned by Al Meghani Enterprise, Inc., is being investigated by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for violating federal law for sexual harassment and retaliation against the employee.

Walmart to Pay $410,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit



Walmart is undergoing some controversy in light of a sexual harassment case that has recently surfaced.

A Walmart Inc. unit based in Geneva, New York, will be paying $410,000 to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit in which a male employee sexually harassed female employees for years even though Walmart management was aware of the improper conduct.

Applebee's Sued By The EEOC For Racial Slurs



Applebee’s, the latest employer to be sued over race and sexual orientation discrimination.
